Concept
Ideas have to be conceptualized first. Bring doodles or sketches to show us what your idea is. If you don’t have any, try to write down a detailed description of your idea, how you visualize it, its primary purpose, and what the main features are. And, of course, sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with us so you can feel completely safe sharing all the details.
Product development to manufacturing
It is during this phase that you will start seeing your idea really come to life. After the main form is defined, we will take the initial sketches and enter them into a CAD software program. Depending on your project, we’ll use either SolidWorks or CATIA. All details of the parts of your idea will be designed, with the ideal manufacturing process being kept in mind throughout. Renderings, 3D prints, prototypes, and patent drawings will all be developed. From obtaining quotes abroad for manufacturing to the last details of your packaging, we will finalize your project and bring your ideas to life! We will even help you with all the marketing material you need to present this idea to retail companies or brands. Bringing your idea to life is not a quick process, and definitely longer than this blog would indicate, but rest assured that you are in great hands with Spark’s product development team.
