We may also consider other subjects when there is a clear and natural connection to product design, engineering, innovation, manufacturing, or new product development.
What We Mean by “Relevant”
A topic should provide genuine value to people interested in developing, designing, engineering, manufacturing, or bringing physical products to market.
For example, an article about how 3D printing is being used to develop custom medical devices may be relevant.
A general article about personal finance, travel, cryptocurrency, gambling, or online marketing would not normally be relevant simply because one paragraph mentions product development.
The subject, website, and links must all make sense within the context of our audience.
Content Requirements
All guest posts must meet our editorial standards.
Articles should:
- Be original and written specifically for Spark Innovations.
- Provide useful and informative content.
- Be professionally written and easy to understand.
- Be factually accurate.
- Use proper grammar and spelling.
- Avoid unnecessary filler.
- Avoid excessive keyword repetition.
- Avoid content created primarily for search-engine manipulation.
- Avoid overly promotional language.
- Provide genuine value to our readers.
Article Length
Guest posts should generally be 800–1,500 words.
Longer articles may be accepted when the subject requires additional depth.
Length alone does not determine whether an article will be accepted. Relevance, originality, quality, and usefulness are more important than word count.
Original Content Only
Articles submitted to Spark Innovations must not have been previously published on another website.
We do not accept duplicate or substantially copied content.
Once an article is published on Spark Innovations, it should not subsequently be republished elsewhere as the same article.
Links in Guest Posts
Guest posts may include relevant external links, subject to editorial approval.
As a general guideline:
- A maximum of 2 external links is permitted per guest post.
- Links must be relevant to the article.
- Links should provide genuine value to the reader.
- The destination website must be legitimate and appropriate.
- Anchor text must be natural and appropriate to the surrounding content.
- We do not accept keyword-stuffed or manipulative anchor text.
- We do not accept unrelated commercial links simply because they are paid placements.
- We reserve the right to modify, reject, or remove any link.
Important: Dofollow Links
We do not guarantee dofollow links.
Link attributes may be applied based on the nature of the placement, our editorial policies, and applicable search-engine guidelines.
Paid or sponsored links may be marked with appropriate attributes such as rel="nofollow" or rel="sponsored". Google specifically recognizes these attributes for paid advertising and sponsorship links.
Link Placement in Existing Articles
We also accept requests to add a relevant link to an existing Spark Innovations article.
Link placement is considered on a case-by-case basis.
We evaluate:
- The relevance of the requested link to the article.
- The relevance and quality of the destination website.
- Whether the link fits naturally within the existing content.
- The proposed anchor text.
- The overall quality and suitability of the website being linked to.
A link may be declined if it does not naturally fit the article, even if a placement fee is offered.
Link Placement Fees
Existing link placement fees generally range from:
US$20–US$100 per link
The exact fee depends on the article, page, website, and placement requested.
The final price will be confirmed before payment.
Guest Post Fees
Guest post publication fees generally range from:
US$40–US$200 per article
The exact fee depends on the website, article, and placement.
The applicable fee will be confirmed before publication.

If payment is not received within this timeframe, Spark Innovations may release the placement and require the submission to be reviewed again before publication.
Publication will not proceed until payment has been received.
Payments are accepted through PayPal.
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
Once the article or link placement has been published, payment is due within 24–48 business hours.
If payment is not received within the required timeframe, Spark Innovations reserves the right to follow up on the outstanding payment and, where necessary, remove the published article or link placement until payment is received.
Review and Approval Process
All submissions are subject to editorial review.
Submitting an article, website, or link does not guarantee acceptance or publication.
We may:
- Accept the submission as provided.
- Request revisions.
- Request changes to the title or content.
- Request changes to links or anchor text.
- Request removal of promotional material.

Spark Innovations reserves the right to make editorial decisions based on relevance, quality, accuracy, audience value, and the overall suitability of the content.

Images & Copyright
If you submit images, graphics, photographs, illustrations, or other visual materials with your article, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and appropriate licence to use and publish the material.
Spark Innovations does not accept responsibility for copyright infringement resulting from images supplied by a contributor.
When submitting an image, please provide:
- Confirmation that you own the image or have permission/licensing to use it.
- The direct URL to the original image source, where applicable.
- The original file name or image name as it appeared when the image was downloaded.
- The name of the website or image library where the image was obtained.
- Any required attribution or licence information.
If an image is obtained from a royalty-free, Creative Commons, stock, or other image library, the contributor must provide sufficient information for us to verify the image’s source and applicable licence.
Image Verification
Spark Innovations reserves the right to reject or replace any submitted image if we cannot reasonably verify its ownership, licensing, or permission for commercial use.
If the legitimacy of an image or its licence cannot be verified, Spark Innovations may replace the image with an appropriate royalty-free image or create a new AI-generated image that is suitable for the article.
By submitting an image, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or licence to provide the image for publication.
You are responsible for any copyright, licensing, attribution, or other legal issues associated with images you submit.
Editorial Changes
Spark Innovations may edit submitted content for:
- Grammar
- Spelling
- Readability
- Formatting
- Accuracy
- Style
- Consistency with our website
- SEO and user experience
- Relevance to our audience
We may also modify titles, headings, anchor text, links, or other elements where necessary.
If substantial revisions are required, we may return the article to the contributor for changes before publication.
Content We Do Not Accept
We do not accept guest posts or links involving:
- Gambling or casino websites
- Cryptocurrency or high-risk financial schemes
- Adult or sexually explicit content
- Illegal products or services
- Drugs or controlled substances
- Weapons
- Hate or extremist content
- Malware, hacking, or harmful activities
- Deceptive or fraudulent services
- Low-quality directories
- Spam websites
- Websites primarily created for selling links
- Irrelevant commercial websites
- Content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
- Content that is misleading, inaccurate, or potentially harmful
We also reserve the right to decline any topic, company, website, or link that we do not consider appropriate for the Spark Innovations audience.
A relevant article does not automatically make every link within that article acceptable.
All links must be relevant to the content and appropriate for our website.
AI-Generated Content
AI tools may be used during the writing process, but all submitted content must be properly reviewed and edited by a human.
We do not accept low-quality, automatically generated articles containing:
- Repetitive or generic information
- Factual errors
- Unnatural wording
- Excessive keyword usage
- Unsupported claims
- Filler content
- Obvious signs of unedited automated writing
The person submitting the article is responsible for ensuring that the content is accurate, original, and suitable for publication.
Publication Timeline
Once an article has been:
- Reviewed and approved,
- Revised if necessary,
- Had all links finalized, and
- Paid in full,
we generally aim to publish it within 24–48 business hours.
This is our normal estimated turnaround during regular business operations.
Please note that the 24–48 business-hour timeframe does not include:
- Weekends
- Statutory holidays
- Company closures
- Team member vacation periods
- Unexpected staff availability issues
- Website maintenance or technical issues
- Delays caused by requested revisions
- Delays in receiving payment or required information
The 24–48 business-hour timeframe is therefore an estimated turnaround time and not a guaranteed publication deadline.
Publication and Link Duration
Once approved and published, we generally intend for guest posts and approved link placements to remain on the website.
However, Spark Innovations reserves the right to modify or remove content or links if circumstances change.
This may include situations where:
- The destination website becomes inappropriate or unrelated.
- A linked page becomes unavailable.
- A website redirects to inappropriate or unrelated content.
- The content or link no longer meets our editorial standards.
- The website creates a legal, security, technical, or reputational concern.
- Website restructuring or other circumstances require the content to be changed or removed.
If a link or article must be removed for one of these reasons, a refund or replacement placement is not automatically guaranteed.
SEO & Search-Engine Results
Our fees cover content review, editorial processing, and publication or link placement.
We do not guarantee:
- Search-engine rankings
- Search-engine indexing
- Organic traffic
- Referral traffic
- Domain authority
- Page authority
- Backlink value
- Search-engine visibility
- Specific SEO results
Search engines independently determine how, when, and whether content and links are crawled, indexed, ranked, or displayed.
Publication on Spark Innovations should therefore not be interpreted as a guarantee of any particular SEO outcome.
