Adidas Lacrosse Gear
This project required the design of three distinct price-point lines of lacrosse protective gear for the Adidas brand. All three brands carried gloves, shoulder pads and elbow pads. The styling, part count, complexity and manufacturing methods were the main distinctive factors between each line of products.

Sketching
Because of the nature of these products, and the number of concepts required, the most practical media to communicate was hand sketching. As a result the team created many hand drawn and shaded variations of gloves, elbow pads and shoulder pads.

Design for Manufacturing
Because of the cost restrictions for each line of product, certain manufacturing methods were chosen for certain elements. Some of the elbow pad lines required a hard elbow protector, vacuum molding allowed the team to create interesting shapes while keeping costs to within the price-point. Knowing the manufacturing method early on, allowed the team to sketch features that were conducive to vacuum forming.
