The Spark team played an integral role providing engineering and manufacturing support in designing the external housings of the battery, and the main body. Small Scale Design

The challenges of designing an electronic medical device are even more difficult when the physical scale of the device is reaching the limits of manufacturing and prototyping. Wall thicknesses and all design features are scrutinized because they are reaching the smallest possible manufacturing capabilities.
