The demands of the carts environment required a very durable product. The frame with welded steel, high end casters, durable fabric, low friction handle, scratch resistant paint were some of the design considerations implemented to provide a long lasting, low maintenance cart.

Spark Innovations provided production support, in evolving the DFM (Design for Manufacturing) process. Visiting manufacturers overseas and supervising first sample production and QC (Quality Control) integration.
