Spark Innovations- COVID-19: Making Sure We Are All Safe

To our clients, visitors and employees,

With the growing global concerns around coronavirus/COVID-19 we want to update you on our commitment to stay healthy. The health, safety and well-being of our employees, customers and visitors is Spark Innovation’s top priority.

We are committed to completing your projects in our scheduled timelines and providing a comfortable safe environment for everyone at our office. If this situation evolves and lockdowns become mandatory in Ontario we are already working on a plan to make it possible for our designers and engineers to work from home so there are as little disruptions as possible.

We are encouraging our clients to move meetings online. In our building, we are introducing enhanced cleaning protocols, increasing communications and reminding our clients, visitors and employees on important health and safety measures.

1. We have added additional cleaning and sanitizing procedures.  Every day we are going through the offices and cleaning hi-touch surfaces like handles, faucets and light switches with disinfectant.
2. We have asked everyone in the building to wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds upon their arrival and departure from the building. Hand washing has proven to be the best defense in the spread of the virus.
3. We have instructed our staff that if they have any symptoms or feel unwell to stay home.
4. To protect yourself and others, we ask that anyone who is feeling unwell refrain from visiting us so that together we can ensure everyone’s safety.
